General Questions

Holy Sheets is located at 1743 N. Broad Street at the cross section of N. Broad and Aubry. Feel free to come in through the front entrance or take your laundry up the ramp at the side entrance.
New location opening in Uptown soon! Our second location (ahem, the “Second Coming”) at 1938 Louisiana Avenue is slated to open Summer 2026. Follow us on Instagram for updates!

The laundromat is open everyday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last Load is at 7:30 PM.

Once you start a load of laundry, we want to make sure you have enough time to finish it, so our team can go home once the laundromat closes at 9:00 PM. That means the last time a customer can start their laundry is at 7:30 PM.
Any laundry still in the machines at 9:00 PM will have to stay the night until we reopen the following morning. Please give yourself (and your clothes) enough time to complete your wash and dry cycles.

We accept both! Pay with cash at the register or use your credit or debit card to pay at the machine. You can also pay by scanning the machine’s QR code.

Nope. Machines are started by inserting your card at the washer or paying at the register.
Save those coins for your couch cushions, cup holder, bottom of your bag, or when it’s July and you need that Pandora snowball real bad.

Absolutely. Feel free to use our complimentary wifi while you wait. Please use headphones if you listen to music, play videos, or watch that TikTok laundry hack for the millionth time.

Yes and yes. Laundry detergent, softener, and dryer sheets are all available for purchase. We carry standard brands like Tide, Gain, and Bounce—as well as fragrance-free options. You are more than welcome to bring in and use your own products.

No. Please for the love of all that’s holy, bubbly, and fluffy, do not put dish soap in our washers.

Holy Sheets has 34 Huebsch© machines in total. Here’s the breakdown:

Absolutely. We have 60 and 80 lb washers and 75 lb dryers for your bigger loads and items. If you’re not sure about which size to use, ask our on-duty team member to assist you.

Washer cycles take 22 minutes, however we do have the option for longer cycles. Most loads can be dried in 32 minutes or less.

Yes! Drop off your laundry with us, go on living your life, and swing by to pick up your clean and freshly folded clothes or linens when they’re ready.

Bring your clothes or linens over to the laundromat, or schedule a pick-up, and let us know what kind of detergent you want to use. You also have the option to bring your own detergent for us to use, at no additional cost. Our team will wash, dry, and fold your clothes for you and wrap it up in a fresh bag. We’ll send you a text message when your order is ready for pick-up. So easy. So heavenly.
If you’re a regular customer and prefer to use your own soap, we’d be happy to store it for you.

Yes. Pick-up and delivery is available on-demand through our website. Clothes are picked-up and dropped off via Uber. In fact, you can schedule your pick-up right now.

Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours. Need it in a pinch? We can turn it around in 3 to 4 hours for an additional fee with Same Day Service. Orders must be dropped off before 5:00 PM.

Sure thing. Be sure to make that request and let us know which items you’d like to have hang dry/air dry.
